VENDOR-INDEPENDENT AI CONSULTING

From insight to
impact with AI

We find where AI pays off in your business, then prove it did.

Some teams are not sure where AI should start. Some started and stalled. Some are scaling and cannot yet prove it is safe. In each case the first job is the same: identify where AI creates real value, prioritize the opportunities worth doing first, and design the governance before anything goes live rather than after the audit asks for it. We work with the executives who own the outcome, and it starts with a three-week assessment.

25%

of organizations have moved 40% or more of their AI pilots into production (Deloitte, 2026)

77%

say AI adoption is already outpacing their governance capabilities (IBM, 2026)

Most AI programs fail from skipped steps, not bad tools. The journey exists so yours doesn’t.

Who we are

Your strategic partners in AI and Data

Quantible is a strategy to execution partner that focuses on measurable business outcomes. We start with the executive team that owns the result.

Our differentiation is our people; senior operators and deep technologists who bridge business intent with technical execution.

Every priority use case carries a measurable outcome and a named business owner, agreed before the work starts.

Assessments end in a costed roadmap and a decision, not a proposal to do more discovery.

Risk, security and responsible-use controls are designed into the first engagement rather than added when the audit arrives.

Technology choices follow the use case and the economics, not a product agenda.

START ANYWHERE

Six problems. One of them is probably yours.

WORKSPACE

We don’t know where AI would pay off.

Pilots everywhere, no agreed view of value, a board asking for a plan.

PLATFORM

We know exactly where. Our data can’t support it.

The use case is clear. The data underneath it is scattered or untrusted.

APPLICATION

The tool got adopted. The process didn’t.

People are drafting faster inside a workflow that still takes eleven days.

We bought the licenses. Adoption stalled.

Copilot or Claude is paid for. Usage flatlined and nobody can say why.

Every AI project rebuilds the same plumbing.

No landing zone, no shared guardrails, each build negotiating security from scratch.

Our developers got faster. The team didn’t.

AI tools are in the stack. Output is inconsistent, reviews have ballooned, throughput is flat.

Already running agents and unable to prove they are still safe? Start with Agent Assurance.

VENDOR-INDEPENDENT, PROVEN

We deploy the platform you choose. Here is the evidence.

Anyone can claim neutrality. We publish our deployment editions instead.

Most clients end up with more than one platform and more than one harness. That is normal. The work is deciding which combination fits your estate, your risk posture, and your budget, and then making them behave like one governed system.

AI Deployment (AIDA)

Claude Enterprise

Microsoft 365 Copilot

ChatGPT

Gemini

Cursor

Foundation work

SSO, SCIM, data retention, role-based access. Claude does not read your tenant. Claude Code enablement available as an add-on.

A one-week readiness assessment across five domains first: M365 tenant, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview. Copilot inherits every permission you got wrong.

ChatGPT Enterprise workspace: SSO and SCIM, retention and compliance API, governance for GPTs, Projects, and connectors.

Google Workspace tenant: context-sharing controls, Vault retention, governance for Gemini apps and NotebookLM.

Developer workspace edition: repo permissions, secret hygiene, SDLC integration, and usage governance.

The differences in that table are the point. A firm that deploys only one platform will tell you that platform fits. We resell licenses and capacity on none of them.

We recommend the right AI for your business, not the AI that pays our bills. And if you are not ready, we will tell you that too, with the exact list of what ready costs.

Selected work

What we have actually delivered.

We publish an outcome only when we can publish how it was measured. These are engagements we have delivered, described by sector.

Specialty insurer

Agent-assisted claims intake, with human approval at every judgment point and a full audit trail, deployed inside the client’s existing DLP, retention and approval controls.

Mortgage broker

Agents deployed across origination, from document collection through risk assessment, adjudication and approval, with judgment calls held back for a person and an audit trail across the whole path.

Described by sector. Figures published once client permission is in writing.

Questions buyers actually ask

We’re here for the follow-up questions too: find us on the Contact page.

How are engagements priced and structured?

Every engagement opens with a discovery of published scope and duration, at a fixed fee. It ends in a decision, not a proposal to do more discovery. Build effort varies with process complexity and integration, so discovery scopes it first. From there we work to a not-to-exceed cap with weekly burn reporting, so you always know what is left.

Do you only do Microsoft?

No. Our deployment editions cover Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor, and we build data foundations on Fabric or Databricks. The editions table on this page sets out what each one covers. We are paid for advice and delivery rather than for what you buy, so the recommendation fits your estate rather than our revenue.

What if we already have a data platform or a clear use case?

Then start there. Clients enter the journey at every stage. If we find a gap an earlier stage covers, your fee credits toward it. Nobody gets sent back to square one.

What do you mean by agents?

An agent carries a piece of work end to end: intake, processing, follow-up, escalation. That is different from a chatbot that drafts text for a person to use. Each agent runs inside guardrails your risk team approves, with human sign-off on judgment calls, an audit log of every action, and one-click rollback.

Who actually does the work?

The people who scope your engagement deliver it. Our principals have held CIO, CTO, and CISO roles in financial services, fintech, and managed services. No pyramid, no handoff to a bench you never met.

What happens after deployment?

Agent Assurance: monthly evaluation of your agents against every model release, with a quarterly evidence pack for your board.

What if we start in the wrong place?

If any written Quantible deliverable recommends earlier-stage work first, your fee credits toward that work when booked within 180 days. You pay for new ground, not repeated ground.
